Sending & deliverability

Prepare your domain for dedicated sending (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), register US SMS (A2P 10DLC) with enforced quiet hours, and connect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox. Nothing sends until a channel is fully set up.

Before outreach actually sends, set up your channels in Profile → Sending & deliverability. Everything here is optional and safe — a channel only sends once it's fully configured, and nothing is ever sent on your behalf before then.

Prepare your domain for dedicated sending

Add your domain and Finocket generates the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records to publish. Publish them at your DNS provider, then tap Re-check DNS — once all three verify, your DNS is ready for the dedicated-sending rollout (coming soon). To be clear about what this does today: campaign email currently sends from Finocket's shared sender, and verifying your domain doesn't change the From address yet — it gets you to the front of the queue for when it does. Outreach email is held for a domain you've started but not yet verified.

US SMS (A2P 10DLC)

Record your brand details for an A2P 10DLC registration. SMS stays blocked until a provider is configured and your registration is approved. Quiet hours are enforced, not just configured: each SMS is checked against the recipient's state and local time before it sends (with the tighter FL/OK/WA windows applied where they live), and out-of-window sends are held — never fired at midnight.

Connect a mailbox

Connect your Gmail or Outlook mailbox (sending from it is coming). Tokens are encrypted and we never see your password. If a provider isn't configured on your deployment yet, the button shows “not configured” rather than pretending it's ready.
