CRM, leads and deals
A CRM inside your books, shared with your team: a next action on every deal, rotting indicators, speed-to-lead first-touch intros, duplicate merge, multiple pipelines, custom fields, booking links — plus leads, timeline and consent-proofed import.
Finocket's CRM lives inside your books, so the lead, the deal, the invoice and the payment are the same record. Turn it on in Profile → Modules & features (on by default for businesses).
Leads → clients
Mark a contact as a lead while you're still chasing them. Leads wear an amber Lead badge wherever they appear, and the Clients list can be filtered to just leads so your prospecting list never mixes into your billing list. When they come on board, one tap converts them to a client on the CRM — all their linked deals, activities and invoices stay attached, so no history is lost.
Shared with your team
The CRM is workspace-shared: assistants you've invited work the same leads, deals and timelines you do, and your accountant sees them read-only. Everyone looks at one pipeline — no per-person silos to reconcile.
A unified client timeline
Every client has a single Timeline that weaves notes, invoices, payments and deal stage-changes into one chronological view — the whole relationship in one place.
Working the pipeline board
The board lives on the CRM under the Pipeline tab — one column per stage, swipeable on a phone. Each column shows its deal count and total value, and the header keeps a running “open deals · weighted pipeline” figure. Add a deal with a title, value, stage and (optionally) a client; move it between stages with the stage picker at the foot of its card; tap the card to open the deal's detail page. You can run multiple pipelines — say one for retainers and one for projects — each with its own stages.
A next action on every deal
Every deal carries a next action: what you'll do next and when. It shows as a chip on the deal card, turns red when overdue, and all of today's actions gather into a Today's follow-ups list on the dashboard — so the pipeline tells you what to do this morning, not just what exists. Every card also has a one-click follow-up button for the quick nudge.
Rotting deals, flagged per stage
Each stage can flag deals that have sat still too long — the card shows a rotting indicator once it crosses the stage's age limit. A quiet pipeline can't hide: you see exactly which deals are going stale and where.
Speed-to-lead and the first touch
When a new lead lands — from a form, a booking link (below) or an import — Finocket alerts the owner immediately, and offers a one-tap First touch: a ready-made WhatsApp or email intro so the first reply goes out while the lead is still warm.
Duplicates: detect and merge
Finocket spots likely duplicate contacts (similar names, matching phone or email) and offers a merge. Merging combines the two records completely — every linked invoice, payment, deal, note and activity follows to the surviving record — and an audit entry records what was merged, so nothing silently disappears.
Custom fields
Add your own fields to clients and deals — a lead source, a renewal month, a property type — and they appear on the forms and detail pages alongside the built-ins.
Booking links
Publish a public booking page at your own link: prospects pick an available slot, Finocket creates the lead automatically, the booker can add the meeting to their calendar in one tap (.ics), and your speed-to-lead alert fires the moment the booking lands.
Import leads with consent
Bring a list in via Clients → Import: upload a CSV, map the columns, and complete the mandatory consent-declaration step. Contacts you can declare consent for become workable leads; the rest are stored but kept suppressed, so you never message someone without a lawful basis.
Ask your funnel
The AI assistant answers “how's my funnel?” from live data — leads vs converted clients, deals won and total collected.
