Email, sequences and consent
Launch campaigns with audience counts up front, build follow-up sequences, and let one send chokepoint apply consent, suppression and jurisdiction rules — with one-click unsubscribe and a data-request queue.
Finocket's outreach is compliant by construction: every message passes through one send chokepoint that checks consent, the suppression list and jurisdiction rules before it can leave. Blocked sends are logged, never silently dropped. Turn on Email & sequences in Modules & features (beta).
Launch a campaign
On Campaigns, draft a template, pick your audience, and launch. Before anything goes out you see the counts — how many contacts are in the audience and how many will actually receive it once consent and suppressions are applied — so there are no surprises. Sends are queued and processed by the scheduler, and every one is consent-checked before it leaves. A hard lint gate blocks marketing content dressed up as transactional, so a template that fails lint can't send.
Follow-up sequences
Build a multi-step follow-up in the sequence builder: add steps, set the wait between them, and enrol contacts. Each step's send passes the same chokepoint as a campaign — if a contact opts out mid-sequence, the remaining steps are blocked, not sent.
Consent, suppression & unsubscribe
Consent is an append-only ledger — corrections are new rows, never edits. Every send honours the suppression list, and every email carries an RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe (plus List-Unsubscribe headers) that's applied immediately, with no login — the contact lands on a confirmation page that shows it took effect. A later express opt-in (for example through one of your forms) lifts an earlier unsubscribe; complaints and hard bounces never auto-lift.
Data-subject requests
Your public data-request page (/dsr) lets a contact export or delete their data, or opt out of sale/sharing (CCPA). Every request is verified by an emailed link before anything happens, then lands in a fulfilment queue where you work through export and delete requests — nothing is left to memory.
Jurisdiction rules
Rule packs for India, Australia (Spam Act) and the US (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA) apply the right quiet-hours, sender identity and physical-address footer per region. The pre-send compliance banner also speaks to your country's law.
